Membership Starts with a Thorough Home Assessment
To get to know the unique aspects of your home, we perform a complete assessment of all major systems and seasonal maintenance needs you might need. The assessor then provides a custom checklist and necessary information to properly and efficiently perform the routine and seasonal maintenance tasks your individual home requires. The report also includes details of any needed repairs you might want to address now or in the future.
Regularly Scheduled Appointments Cover Your To-Do List
Maintenance Matters employs only trained technicians who specialize in the routine tasks that keep all systems running smoothly.
Regularly scheduled home assessments and regular maintenance visits.
During each visit, your technician will take care of regular maintenance services and perform a routine inspection to identify any emerging issues. Any problems or needs that you have can be address at that time. If it falls under Additional Requested Services, we can schedule that project to be complete by one of our trained technicians or trades partners. No job is too small or too large!
Regular Maintenance may include:
- Replace filters – furnace, humidifier, range hood, dishwasher.
- Replace smoke and CO2 detector batteries (twice a year).
- Check sump pump for proper operation.
- Clean exhaust and dryer vents.
- Clean sink drains.
- Replace light bulbs as needed.
- Lubricate windows and doors, including garage door.
Other customizable tasks might include:
- Covering or uncovering outdoor furniture.
- Bringing holiday decorations out of storage or putting them away at the end of the season.
- Rearranging furniture.
